After several days of less than perfect weather (you know, not too bad, but sort of cloudy and rainy at times, and cooler), today dawned and it was beautiful. Even though it wasn't a day to wash my hair, it was too beautiful outside not to go for a run. 46 degrees, sunny, not a breath of wind--all in all, as perfect as it gets. So, I took myself down to the sand river for a 3 mile run. Well, those of you who are runners would know that what I do is NOT running, I could walk faster than I run, but it is more of a slow jogging, I guess. Anyway, it was so pretty down there...as I huffed along down the path, I noticed that, suddenly, the whole world has gotten green and lush. The river is beautiful, and full with the winter snow melt. I thought how lucky we are that G-d gives us spring after the long winter, so that we can appreciate the beauty without realizing that we missed it until the moment we see it. The geese were down there, too, and they were enjoying the sunshine, as well.

And the Nuggets are back in LA--a win tonight would be just about perfect, too!

Well I hope you had a good rainy few days after all the crapola you sent me. And I also hope your nuggets do the deed. Isn't baseball at that level grand! What fun indeed. Take care.
